Telehealth Appointment

Telehealth appointments can be scheduled with Dr. Polkes when discussion of a case is warranted prior to an appointment or through a referring veterinarian.

If the horse is already an existing patient and a client would like to have a more in-depth discussion regarding questions about the case this can also be arranged as a telehealth call.

Please note the telehealth appointment is not meant to replace an appointment but as an adjunct to an appointment. There may be recommendations for potential diagnostic testing but there will not be any diagnosis or treatment recommendations made during the call.
