Chronic conditions can often be frustrating and may require a more in-depth analysis of the medical history. This includes a review of prior records and diagnostic testing that has already been done as well as a discussion with the primary care veterinarian.

This is often done as an initial telehealth consultation with the owner to discuss the concerns and prior history. Recommendations for a diagnostic approach and plan will be based on the findings.
